1.

为了在本次活动中体验索尼产品，本人将向贵公司借用本人签署的《索尼摄影器材借用协议》中所列的索尼产品（“体验产品”），并于归还日期前，将体验产品以完整、良好的使用性能状态归还至索尼摄影服务中心。

本人承诺不将体验产品用于《索尼摄影器材借用协议》规定的用途以外的任何用途，或将体验产品出售、转让、出租、出借、移转、抵押，或以任何方式进行任何处置。

3.

本人确认并同意，体验产品及附件的外观、功能均正常、完好。贵公司对体验产品仅依原样提供，不做任何包括产品质量、性能在内的任何声明和保证，在法律所允许的最大范围内，贵公司明确地排除与体验产品有关的任何默示的声明、条件、担保或保证。

如体验产品因本人使用不当发生任何损坏，本人将按照由此产生的维修费用（以索尼特约维修站报价为准）向贵公司支付赔偿金；如体验产品发生遗失或灭失，本人将按照贵公司官方网站（www.sonystyle.com.cn）于借用当天该型号产品的零售价格的 80%向贵公司支付赔偿金。如本人违反本确认书的内容，本人将就贵公司遭受的所有损失和费用承担赔偿责任。如本人使用体验产品侵犯第三方权利的，本人将独立向第三方承担责任，与贵公司无涉。

本人承诺归还体验产品后，根据贵公司的要求参加线上或线下会议，并向贵公司提供关于体验产品使用的书面反馈（“该反馈”），该反馈中的任何信息不侵犯任何第三方的任何专有或个人/私有权利，包括但不限于专利、著作权、商业秘密和肖像权。本人同意贵公司及其关联公司有权以推广体验产品等商业及非商业目的而不受次数限制地、可转授权地、无需另外支付任何费用地在全球范围内使用该反馈中的任何信息。

本人确认借用体验产品不视为本人与贵公司之间存在任何委托、合伙、合营、代理、雇用、信托或其他合作关系。

To experience Sony products during the event, I will borrow the Sony products listed in Sony Photo Equipment Loan Agreement (the “Experience Product(s)”) from Company and return it/them in a complete and good condition to the Sony Photo Service Center before the return date.

I promise not to use the Experience Product for any purpose other than the Purpose specified in Sony Photo Equipment Loan Agreement, or to sell, transfer, rent, lend, transfer, mortgage, or dispose of the Experience Product in any way

I confirm and agree that the appearance and functionality of the Experience Product and its accessories are normal and intact. Company only provides the Experience Product as it is and does not make any representations or warranties (including but not limited to product quality and performance) to it. To the maximum extent permitted by the law, Company explicitly excludes any implied representations, conditions,warranties or guarantees related to the Experience Product.

If any damages occurs due to the improper use of the Experience Product, I shall compensate Company based on the repair costs incurred (subject to the quotation of the designated repair station of Company); If the Experience Product is lost or destroyed, I shall pay compensation to Company at 80% of the retail price of the model product on the day of borrowing according to Company's official website (www.sonystyle.com.cn).In the event that I breach any contents of this Letter of commitment, I shall be liable to compensate the Company for all losses and expenses incurred thereby. Should my use of the Experience Product infringe the rights of any third parties, I shall be solely responsible for and independently settle all claims with such third party, and Company shall be free from any and all liabilities arising therefrom.

I represent and warrant to attend the online or offline meeting according to Company’s request and provide the feedback regarding usage of the Experience Products (“Feedback”) in writing after returning the Experience Product, and any information of such Feedback shall not violate any proprietary or personal/private rights of any third parties, including but not limited to patents, copyrights, trade secrets and portrait rights. I hereby consent that Company and its affiliates shall have the right to use any information contained in such Feedback globally, on a sublicensable basis, without limitation on usage frequency and any additional fees, for commercial and noncommercial purposes including but not limited to the promotion of the Experience Product).

I acknowledge that borrowing the Experience Product does not shall not be construed as creating any agency, partnership, joint venture, agency, employment, trust or other form of cooperative relationship between myself and Company.
